We recently returned home from a two week trip to Uganda that included a seven day safari tour with Mystic tours. I can say, unequivocally and without hesitation that it was an incredible, life-changing experience. From the very beginning, I trusted Eric at Mystic tours. He was incredibly responsive and helpful as we went about creating our seven day Safari tour through Uganda. He was very upfront about costs and expectations, and I never, for a moment, felt as if he was trying to sell me something. He was also able to provide guidance on all of the details (tipping, money conversions, payments, etc.) that we would need to know, in order to have a great trip. Eric was also very flexible with respect to starting and ending locations of the trip, and was able to coordinate us picking up a fourth member of our group along our route, midway through the tour. Our Safari guide, Elton, picked us up at a location of our choosing and we started our trip. Again, from the moment we met him, Elton had our trust and confidence in his ability to safely drive us through some of the most challenging conditions I have ever experienced. Throughout the trip, Elton was an absolute wealth of information and knowledge. He knew the answer to any question we would ask about the wildlife and culture not only in Uganda, but the greater East Africa region. I cannot imagine a better experience. Mystic has an incredible understanding of the best lodges, best food, options, and best tours inside of the national parks. We did day safaris, a night safari, gorilla trekking, chimpanzee trekking, and two separate river cruises. It was an unforgettable experience and it was all because of the incredible professionalism and knowledge of Eric and Elton at Mystic Tours. I would never recommend any other company for family or friends looking to make a similar trip to Africa!

Our destination was Queen Elizabeth national Park in Uganda. From the concept of a spectacular safari filled with action and memory of a life time I would say Mystic Adventures LTD delivered. Eric came highly recommended from a friend , and I was told how great it was to work with him as the travel planner and guide. I contacted him to help plan a family safari of 20 people and discussed our destinations and experiences on our wish list, He arranged all the details and was always easily accessible and willing to listen to questions. Believe me I had a lot of those. He worked with me on couple of changes and other interests that were not necessarily part of a typical plan package. I loved being able to customize our trip to meet our family needs, Our guide Shaffic was wonderful he seamlessly managed a group of 20 and I can say we were all amazed by his professionalism, knowledge and dedication. Our driver was very impressive we felt safe driving those long hours on the road. From planning the itinerary, road trip, food. game drive, guide, driver Private boat ride on Kazinga channel and accommodation at Mweya safari lodge all I can say is exceptional Hospitality. I highly recommend Mystic Adventure LTD for your next African safari.

**A Magical Encounter in the Impenetrable Forest with Mystic Adventures** During my journey with **Mystic Adventures** through Rwanda and Uganda, one experience will stay with me forever – the gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The trek itself was both challenging and unforgettable. We made our way through dense jungle, the air rich with the scent of earth and leaves, accompanied by the distant calls of birds and the soft rustle of foliage. Along the way, members of the local community joined us as porters and guides, offering not only practical help but genuine warmth and encouragement. Their presence made every difficult step easier and reminded me of the deep connection between people and this incredible land. And then, after few hours of trekking, the forest opened up… and there they were. A family of mountain gorillas, **so close they were literally within arm’s reach**. The silverback watched over his group with calm authority, the young ones tumbled playfully in the undergrowth, and the mothers cradled their babies with a tenderness that brought tears to my eyes. In that moment, time seemed to stand still. I felt a profound sense of wonder, as if witnessing a miracle – sharing the same space with these gentle giants in their natural home. When we returned, muddy and tired but overjoyed, we were welcomed back at **Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge** – a truly magical place, beautifully set by a serene lake surrounded by green hills. There, the staff cared for us like royalty: our boots, caked in mud from the trek, were carefully cleaned while we rested, and when I finally went to bed, I discovered that some kind soul had placed a warm hot water bottle under the covers. It was a small gesture, but it felt like pure magic after such an adventurous day. Mystic Adventures made this journey truly seamless and unforgettable. Their professionalism, genuine passion, and heartfelt care – together with the kindness of the local people and the incredible comfort of Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge – transformed this trip into a memory I will cherish for a lifetime. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend them to anyone dreaming of a magical adventure. I’ve also shared a few photos – from the breathtaking gorilla encounter, to the warm hospitality at Lake Mulehe Safari Lodge, and even the Mystic Adventures vehicle that carried us safely through this unforgettable journey.

Nous sommes partis à la découverte de l'Ouganda avec Eric de Mystic Adventure pendant une dizaine de jours. L'organisation du voyage, la communication, l'itinéraire, le choix des lodges et des activités, les guides partenaires... tout était parfait ! Je ne peux que vous recommander de faire appel à ce guide pour découvrir ce magnifique pays; le confort de ne pas avoir à conduire sur ces routes pas toujours évidentes et au traffic parfois dense tout en se sentant en sécurité et en apprenant une tonne de chose était un vrai luxe. Par ailleurs, Eric est extrêmement professionnel, toujours à l'écoute et flexible pour adapter le programme à tout moment.

Nous recommandons chaudement "Mystic adventures" pour l'organisation de votre voyage en Ouganda. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Éric est un guide/chauffeur exceptionnel. Nous nous sommes toujours sentis en sécurité avec lui. Il connaît parfaitement les itinéraires. Il est incollable sur la culture, la faune et la flore de son pays. Il est très curieux et ouvert d'esprit, et nous avons eu avec lui des échanges très intéressants. Encore un grand merci pour ton professionnalisme.

We spent a fabulous week with Eric. We visited the western Ouganda : Kibale, queen Élisabeth and lake Mburo. Before the trip, the communication with Eric to prepare the trip was very easy. He manage to took into consideration all our requests. We were 4 adults and one little one (3yrs old) and he manage to accommodate everybody. All the lodges he choose were very high standard ! During the trip, he explained very well the culture, the history of the country and the behavior of animals and has a lot of knowledge especially on birds. We also got good advice to take nice pictures as Eric is a very good photographer. Everything during our trip was positive so we have only two words to conclude: it is a big THANK YOU !!! 😊
