Mystic Adventures Is taking all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
We collect personal data that you provide to us directly and through your use of our website. This includes:
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Gorilla permits:
100% within 7 days after invoice
Domestic or international flight tickets:
100% within 7 days after invoice
Tour arrangement:
25%: deposit within 7 days after invoice
75%: 60 days before arrival of the client
- A higher deposit can be requested to secure the accommodation (subject to type o accommodation or festive season)
- Bookings for FESTIVE SEASON (15 Dec – 15 Jan) will be requested to pay 50% of the deposit and remaining 50% has to be paid 90 days before arrival of the client
On the tour that is provided by Mystic Adventures, you are expected to abide by the law of the land as
well as the personnel in charge. The signing of the booking means that you agree with any rules
presented before you. If at any point during the trip, the personnel in charge believes your
behavior is detrimental to your safety or wellbeing or even the wellbeing of your group, you might
be instructed to leave the tour and no refund will be available.
Mystic Adventures is not subjected to conduct any medical arrangements involved in your travel. This is
the responsibility of the traveler. Clients should familiarize themselves with any health
requirement applicable to areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for compliance
with vaccination and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited.
Mystic Adventures is also not responsible for any of the arrangements associated with acquiring a visa (as
well as passport) to the chosen destination. Mystic Adventures offers each client a flying doctors service.
Force Majeure is any unforeseeable circumstances that may interfere with the traveler’s trip.
These including but not limited strike, lock, labour- and civil disturbance, unavoidable accidents,
laws, rules, regulations or orders of any government or any national municipal or other
government agency, whether domestic or foreign, wars or other matters beyond the reasonable
control of Mystic Adventures.
